CR Farm runs four stages under one roof: farm, wash, pack, dispatch. Cold chain breaks once — when the reefer doors open at your dock. Lot-coded boxes, bundled docs, single bill of lading per container. FOB Moín / CIF Rotterdam / DDP Miami.
Cycle calendar built backwards from buyer commitments. SKU mix, calibre, harvest week — programmed before the row is planted. We plant against orders, never against guesses.
Brushed-wash on our own line. Sized by calibre, parafinado for cassava, IQF for peeled-yuca. Reject lots are pulled to a separate chute and don't enter the packing room.
Box, pallet, lot code per box. Stock spec or your private label — same line, same week. Every pallet stamped with harvest week, field, crew and SKU code. Sealed under cold.
Cold chain Muelle → Moín / Caldera, 4–5 hour reefer drive. Incoterms, phytosanitary, GLOBAL G.A.P. cert, BL — bundled and emailed before the container leaves the yard.
One unbroken chain, six checkpoints, one temperature log emailed with the bill of lading. If the chain breaks, you know which checkpoint — before the container clears customs.
We deliver to Moín / Caldera and load the reefer onto your vessel. From the rail, it's yours: freight, insurance, customs at destination. Cheapest line item, most paperwork on your side.
We arrange the vessel, the freight and the marine insurance. Container reaches your port of discharge — Rotterdam, Antwerp, Felixstowe. You handle customs and last-mile. Most common term among CR Farm buyers.
We arrange everything: freight, insurance, customs clearance, duties, last-mile to your warehouse. Highest line item, zero paperwork on your side. Available on selected routes (Miami, Houston).
Transit times are confirmed per booking.
Below: the five active export routes from San Carlos. Volume per route varies week to week; Ailyn can quote any combination.
The lot code is stamped on every box at packing. It ties the box back to a specific harvest week, field, crew shift, SKU and pallet. Traceability isn't a slogan — it's a string.
